Our Macrobiotic breakfast / マクロビ朝食

This is the typical breakfast we have everyday. Very healthy and tasty! This is Oats porridge with broccoli,roasted sunflower seeds, pine-nuts and Amazake, and Shoyu soup with vegitable. It's best to have a grain porridge for breakfast for good digestion and nutrient to kick off the day.
